Dapak recently held its annual golf day for customers and suppliers at McDonalds Portal Championship Course in Cheshire.

An event that is growing in numbers year on year and continues to be very popular with participants. The format for the day was team golf with all of 4 to score, plus a yellow ball competition to test everyone’s metal!

There were also Individual prizes for nearest the pin and longest drive as well as best individual score.

Despite an overnight deluge the sun shone on the righteous with some cracking scores being produced. Participants were royally looked after by our ever dependable trolley dolly’s Karen and Sam (when they weren’t feeding the local cows apples that is!)

Congratulations go out to all prizes winners for their marvellous efforts, even Dapak Managing Director Richard Brighton who with the last shot of the day majestically put his ball to 1 foot away and scooped the nearest the pin prize of £260. You could hear the groans of fix in nearby Shropshire!

It was then off to the Swan Hotel Tarporley for a celebration meal and prize giving and a thoroughly enjoyable evening.
