Dapak has been busy sponsoring LKAB Minerals charity cycle ride event, to raise funds for charities.

As part of the sponsorship, we provided the T-shirts with our branding & support for the riders.

 The route started in Flixborough, North Lincolnshire, and finished on day two in Derby with an impressive total of 88 miles.

All of the employees at LKAB chose three worthwhile charities close to their hearts to sponsor.

 The Motor Neurone Disease Association is a national charity in England, Wales and Northern Ireland that funds worldwide research & offers help for people affected by MND.

Rotherham Special Care baby Unit help provides support for infants that have been born prematurely or have complications after birth.

 Lindsey Lodge Hospice based in North Lincolnshire is an independent charity that offers special care for life-limiting illnesses.

 Each of the charities will receive an equal share of the money raised from the sponsored cycle event. All the money raised will continue to help support the charities and also raise awareness for them.

 We would like to say a big thank you to everyone who has taken part in this fantastic event. Almost £3,000 was collected which will now be distributed to the chosen charities above.
